Public libraries and e-government services; and&lt;br /&gt;2. MS VISTA platform (Recently got a new laptop with this, plus my aunt of 93 years also got   &lt;br /&gt;     one, and wants to stay current - she's great!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Could not find too much on first topic - only 7 hits, and some I had already read by doing independent searches. Still was helpful to find in one place.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Found too much and either too technical or just people's personal opinions. That's what we're encouraged to do for the BCl TLC 2.o project.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So, even though, I'm typing this post within a clearly defined box, I am visualizing it as having no barriers or boxes that will prevent me from expanding my learning.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Reviewed the 71/2 Habits of Successful Lifelong Learners, and realize that I really need to making these habits a &lt;em&gt;much more disciplined part of this project&lt;/em&gt;. I had created an earlier blog, but then had to go away and can't seem to find it/remember it.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I had created a Learning Contract and signed it, but I realize I now need to be more disciplined in reviewing it to get the Big Picture of what I hope to learn by the end of this project.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So, I'm starting again.
